Enterprise

What it would cost, before you ask anybody.

Enterprise is priced per customer, which is honest and unhelpful if you are trying to work out whether to open a conversation at all. So here is the arithmetic we start from, with every band shown.

Indicative

£949a month

Per person

£0.95a month

Base, covering the first 250 people£499
750 people in 251 to 1000, at £0.60 each£450
A month£949

Indicative, not a quote. Enterprise is priced per customer, so an annual commitment, a security review or a directory integration can move it in either direction - and the figure above is what we would start from rather than a number you have to argue us down from.

  • Unlimited teams, modules, delegates and team leads
  • Directory sync (SCIM 2.0), so joiners and leavers update themselves
  • Annual invoicing and security review
  • Priced on the headcount you state, never the people enrolled

Why the price per person falls as you grow

Almost all of what this costs us to run is the same whether it reaches two hundred people or twenty thousand: writing the library, keeping it accurate, and the measurement behind it. What genuinely scales with headcount is delivery, and that is the smallest part. Charging a flat rate per person would be charging you for a cost we do not have.

The bands are marginal, like income tax. Nobody pays a higher rate on their whole company for crossing a line by one person, and adding a person never makes the bill smaller.

Under 251 people?

Then Enterprise is the wrong plan and this page will say so. The published rungs go up to 250 and you can start on one today without talking to us. See the plans.
